Sending an encrypted email from Outlook/phone

To send an encrypted email through Outlook or your mobile phone:

1. Log into your email program as normal
   
   
2. Compose your email as normal but make sure the word Encrypt is added somewhere in the subject line.
   
   
3. Compose and send as usual.
