If you are logged into OWA (see Access your email through a web browser) and wish to open a Shared Mailbox (or someone else's mailbox that you have permission to see), follow these instructions.
- When logged onto Outlook in a web browser, find your name in the top-right of the screen and click on it, then click Open another mailbox...
- The window below will appear:
- Start typing the name of the mailbox you want to open - this can either be the actual name (ie Company Contacts) or the email address (ie firstname.lastname@example.org). As you type, the mailbox directory will start to search and you should be able to pick the name of the mailbox when it appears.
- Once you have selected the mailbox you wish to open, click the Open button and it will open in a new tab.
