If you don't already have TeamViewer installed on your computer to allow our support technicians to connect to your machine, please follow the instructions below.
- Contact our helpdesk to requst the password
- Go to www.cloudfixes.com
- Click on Support and then click Cloud Fixes Support
- It will download a file to your machine - click OK to run this.
- Click Show Advanced Settings, choose Commercial/Company Licence and press Next, Next
- Click to accept the terms and press Next
- Enter the password you have been given by our helpdesk
- Change your computer name to something meaningful like your name and press Next, Next, Next, Finish
- If you are asked to allow Certus Technologies access to your PC, click OK
- It will then display a final screen with the Cloud Fixes logo, click OK - this has now been successfully installed
