Allowing Cloud Fixes to login remotely to your machine

If you don't already have TeamViewer installed on your computer to allow our support technicians to connect to your machine, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Contact our helpdesk to requst the password
  2. Go to
  3. Click on Support and then click Download for Windows or Download for Mac (depending on whether you have a PC or Mac)
  4. It will download a file to your machine - click OK to run this.
  5. Click Show Advanced Settings, choose Commercial/Company Licence and press Next, Next
  6. Click to accept the terms and press Next
  7. Enter the password you have been given by our helpdesk
  8. Change your computer name to something meaningful like your name and press Next, Next, Next, Finish
  9. It will then display a final screen with the Certus logo, click OK - this has now been successfully installed
